Gospel music in Africa is growing speedingly and 2019 had quite a number of gospel music still maintaining their competitive top spot as far as their popularity around the continent of Africa and outside Africa is concerned.

One of the most recent awards won by the Artiste through this song are African Gospel Song Writer of the Year, and African Gospel Afropop song of the Year, at African Gospel Festival (AGAFEST) Awards.

Renown Nigerian worship leader, Nathaniel Bassey has blessed all of us with this soul-enriching song he called Hallelujah Eh, which has become a praise anthem if I may say in most of our churches around Africa and beyond.
- PROSPA OCHIMANA – EKWUEME
The beautiful worship song ‘Ekwueme’ by Nigerian worshipper, Prospa Ochimana became an instant hit and one of the most popular songs in Africa within a space of 1 year with a whooping YouTube view of more than 28 million views.
The song also featured Osinachi Nwachukwu, who delivered what we will term the deciding blow in this live worship recording, driving people into a deep place of adoration.
