- Bethel Revival Choir ft Joe Mettle – Vovome
Vovome was an instant hit and serve the purpose of bringing a mix of local indigenous Ewe songs and dynamics with the high energy contemporary Praise medley that is still trending today.
The feature of the 2017 VGMA artiste of the year winner Joe Mettle was a strategic one that brought enough exposure to the song and the group, in turn, won the Gospel Act of the Year at 3Music awards 2019. What got many wondering how he was able to rattle those lyrics out beautifully.
- Joe Mettle – Ga Praise medley
Ga Praise Medley is one of the highly-rated songs on Joe Mettle’s 4th studio album ‘God of Miracles’ released in 2017. It is a beautiful compilation of songs from his mother tongue ‘Ga’, songs he sang to while growing up at church and of course they have become a part of him.
Joe Mettle decided to put these songs together nicely in this praise medley recorded live at the Accra International Conference Conference Centre.

- Joyful Way Inc. – African Praise Medley
Released in 2016 by Joyful Way Inc., this African Praise medley has gained a lot of popularity due to its unique arrangement and the choice of some of the finest praise jams we have in our local churches. The praise medley led by Seth Acquah at the annual explosion of Joy worship event is a medley of Ghanaian praise songs sampled from Joyful Way, Soul Winners, Jane & Bernice, and other songs from the public domain.
- Joyful Way Inc – Jesus Reigns
Joyful Way Inc, year after year produces some of the finest African Praise Medleys at their annual ‘Explosion of Joy’ worship event and sure has become for many to look out for every year.
This one titled ‘Jesus Reigns’ was a compilation done in 2018 with some of the beautiful praise songs mostly sang in our local churches extolling Jesus as the King of all, as the theme of the proclaim that he reigns.
- Nii Okai ft Joe Mettle – Praise Remix
Finally, Nii Okai, one of the founding fathers of contemporary gospel music in ghana collaborates with Joe Mettle in a hot praise medley backed by the Harbour City Mass Choir that shook the whole of Tema during Nii Okai’s 6th album release concert at the Qadosh.
The medley presents a beautiful blend of English and ga songs that will surely get you dancing.
- Team Eternity (ft Nii Lartey ft Philip Adzale) – Pentecostal Praise Medley
Contemporary gospel choir, Team Eternity Ghana came through with such a beautiful typical pentecostal praise medley that features their Leader Nii Lartey and one of Ghana’s finest rising gospel ministers, Philip Adzale.
This was recorded live at Grace Chapel International, Accra 2017 as part of their maiden album ‘The Extra Baskets’
- OJ – Apor Jesu
One of the most creative gospel ministers OJ decides to takes back to contemporized an oldies style in this praise medley titled ‘Apor Jesu’. The video that came with the song is a delight to watch and it clearly paints an early Christianity of a sort from a village with a high-level exuberance and the fun that goes with it.
- Nana Amoah ft JP Music – Praise Medley
This medley was recorded live at Impact Project’s Evolution XI 2018 with a starting song ‘Hallelujah Eh (Original Song by Nathaniel Bassey)’, The Glory (Original song by Uche Agu). This medley gives us a little arrangement of what an English Praise medley would sound like.
